Alicia Bruffett MSN, NP-C
Originally from the Bay Area, Alicia relocated to Merced to build a life and raise her family. Her passion for caring for others led her to a career in nursing, becoming a Registered Nurse in 2020. She gained valuable experience as a travel nurse before joining Stanford Hospital, where she continued to expand her clinical knowledge and expertise.
Driven to further her education and provide a higher level of care, Alicia earned her Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Southern California and became a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner through the American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP).
Her passion for aesthetics inspired her to pursue advanced education and training in aesthetic medicine, including injectables, laser treatments, skin rejuvenation, and wellness services. From that passion, LAC Aesthetics was born—a space where clinical expertise meets personalized care, guided by a simple philosophy: Beauty Made with Love and Care.
More than just initials, LAC represents the experience Alicia strives to provide to every person who walks through the door — thoughtful care, genuine connection, and treatments tailored to the individual. Her approach combines clinical expertise with an appreciation for natural, refined results, helping clients enhance what they already love about themselves.

Medical Director
Dr. Korina Tanner
Dr. Korina Tanner is a seasoned Family Medicine physician with over 24 years of experience and six years of expertise in medical aesthetics. Since 2019, she has served as the Medical Director and partial owner of Tighten IT Spa in Roseville, CA, overseeing two locations and supervising a skilled team of RNs.
Dr. Tanner specializes in various aesthetic procedures, including Botox, Xeomin, Dysport, fillers, laser treatments, PRP therapy, aesthetic skin lesion removal, and weight loss management. Her commitment to patient care and leadership extends beyond aesthetics to supervising PAs and NPs in urgent care settings. Dr. Tanner’s dedication to enhancing natural beauty and overall wellness has made her a trusted figure in the greater Sacramento area.
